A word from Professor McGonagall:

“The Yule Ball is approaching – an opportunity for us to socialize with our guests. Now, the ball will be open only to 18 years and above. Dress robes will be worn,” Professor McGonagall warns, “and the ball will start at seven-thirty on December the 17th, finishing at eleven o'clock, in the Great Hall. Now then,” Professor McGonagall stares deliberately around, “The Yule Ball is, of course, a chance for us all to – er – let our hair down,” she states, in a disapproving voice. “But that does NOT mean,” demands Professor McGonagall, “that we will be relaxing the standards of behavior we expect from witches and wizards alike. I will be most seriously displeased if a Gryffindor embarrasses the ball in any way.”

If you came to last year's Yule Ball, you know this will be a magical night to remember. Dive into the world of Harry Potter and come dressed in your best wizard or witch costume or your fanciest of dress robes (there will be a costume contest with prizes). Bust a move on the dance floor, participate in Harry Potter trivia, meet your favorite characters and some wild beasts, and take a walk through our little Diagon Alley where you'll find entertainment, snacks, and all kinds of wizarding trinkets and accessories from our vendors.

Doors open for optional dinner at 5:45pm (must purchase dinner ticket).
Doors open for dance (beginning with waltz instruction in the upstairs ballroom) at 6:45pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to new restrictions at the Lindon Castle, we have moved our event to Noah’s in South Jordan. Fortunately, this will allow us to have everyone there on the same night and open up an optional full dinner in the Great Hall! (Must select dinner ticket.)

Open to anyone age 18+

Tickets will be refundable up until Dec 1. Physical or digital tickets will be required at the event for each attendee.
